The greatest benefits from massage therapy can be gained when relaxation and pain relief are combined. In this session, I incorporate soothing massage techniques to help relieve mental stress with deeper, more focused work to address muscular tension and chronic pain. I will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that best suits your needs so that you can get the most out of your massage.
Heat wraps, warm towels, and aromatherapy are included at no extra charge.
Integrative Reflexology
60 Minute Session
$95
Integrative Reflexology is massage therapy for the feet and hands. The basic principle of Reflexology is that there are zones on our feet and hands that correspond to muscles, bones, organs, glands and systems of the body. Pressure, massage, and stimulation are applied to these points to bring balance back to the body. There are more nerve endings in the feet and hands than anywhere else in the body; and focused massage there can be extremely relaxing!
This session includes a foot bath infused with essential oils, an exfoliating foot scrub, and massage of both the hands and feet.
Massage/Reflexology Combination
90 Minute Session
$160
Experience the benefits of both massage therapy and reflexology with a 90-minute combination session.
Benefits of massage therapy include increased range of motion, decreased muscular pain, lower blood pressure, and a greater sense of overall relaxation.
Reflexology promotes stress relief, improves circulation, and boosts the immune and nervous systems.

Cupping is an ancient technique used to disperse stagnation and stimulate blood flow to the body's tissues. In a massage therapy session, cupping is used to help soften tight muscles and loosen adhesions in connective tissue. The suction from the cup can leave circular "marks" on the skin. These are not bruises! They are the result of the suction of the cups drawing stagnant blood and debris to the skin's surface. The marks usually fade away in 2 to 10 days.

On-site Massage Therapy
I do occasionally offer specialized massage therapy sessions for seniors and clients with disabilities who are unable to travel. Sessions involve the use of gentle but firm touch to manipulate the soft tissues of the body to improve blood circulation, relieve pain and increase range of motion.
Sessions average 30-60 minutes in length. Fee is variable; please call for more information.
